    Yes. We regularly schedule construction during school holidays and off-peak periods to reduce disruption. We also deliver projects during term time, using carefully managed staging, communication, and safety measures to ensure live environments can continue operating smoothly while work is underway.

    Whiteson services metropolitan and regional areas across NSW and Victoria, and metropolitan Queensland. 

  • ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED TO WORK WITH GOVERNMENT AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES?

    Absolutely. Whiteson holds both public liability and professional indemnity insurance and the following certifications:

    • NSW Builders Licence: 251343C
    • NSW Pre-qualification: SCM0256
    • VIC Builders Licence: CBL-44096
    • CM3 Pre-qualification No: 029354

    All staff are also required to have Working with Children Checks.

  • CAN WE WORK WITH OUR OWN ARCHITECT?

    Yes. Whiteson Group is a design and construct firm with in-house design services and professional indemnity insurance, however, our flexible delivery model allows us to adapt to what best suits each client, including working with your preferred architect. We have extensive experience collaborating with external architects on projects as well as providing full design packages.

  • WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE DO YOU OFFER?

    All Whiteson builds come with a 12-month commercial warranty. For larger works or specific finishes, extended manufacturer warranties may also apply. We will confirm coverage in your proposal.
